No, that is the New Formula as is the post is entitled. If I am incorrect, please someone post the suppossed New Formula ingredients compared with the Old Formula ingredients. Or, please post the aproximate date of purchase and store along with store sell through information (Kerr Drug will have a lower rate of sell through/replenishment than Walmart in most parts of North Carolina for example).
